A supremely balanced wine crafted lovingly by Alberto Orte who is native to Cadiz, from the rare Vigiriega grape indigenous to the area which was only recently nearly extinct. With an evocative nose of stone fruits and lemon rind, and a lush full mouth, followed by a startling mineral and saline finish. An ideal companion to any grilled fish or shellfish from scallop carpaccio to grilled branzino to simply fried clams or a plate of olives.
