Bernhard Ott Grüner Veltliner 'Am Berg' 2024

Hand harvested whole cluster in Wagram, Austria, Bernhard Ott has been making Gruner Veltliner on his family’s estate since he was 21 years old.  More than 30 years later, he has long since converted the winery to biodynamic practices including a devotion to composting and dry farming techniques. The wine is allowed to ferment spontaneously after light crushing before aging in stainless steel.
