From a one hectare parcel planted in 1980, just at the border of village level Fixin with a deep limestone soil and marl. It's de-stemmed and fermented in cement. Aged for 18 months in used barrels. Les Prielles is all about smooth, earthy energy with a touch of depth from old vines. It’s got that grounded, classic Burgundy feel without trying too hard—no flashy oak, just clean, honest Pinot.
