Brovia Barolo Garblet Sue 2021 MAG

Dating to 1863, the Brovia estate is based in Castiglione Falletto, where they produce classically-styled Baroli from the appellation’s top sites. Garblet Sué comes from older vines on south/southeast slopes over limestone soils at 250 meters elevation. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in open-top vessels with extended maceration (4 weeks+), followed by two years of aging in large neutral French and Slavonian casks, and further bottle aging before release.
