Fourth generation winemaker Bruno Colin inherited 8 hectares of vineyards when his father retired in 2003. Farmed organically and hand harvested from vineyards spread across three lieu-dits planted in clay and limestone soils, fermentation occurs spontaneously in temperature controlled cuves, then aged in 350L oak barrels (15% of which are new oak) before resting in vats for a year prior to bottling
