Organically farmed in Rueda by winemaker Manuel Cantalapiedra from 12-35 year old vines, this 100% verdejo is hand harvested and gently pressed whole cluster into steel tanks for fermentation with indigenous yeasts. After malolactic conversion the wine is aged on the lees for up to 6 months before bottling.
