Cantina La Bacheta 'Neissance' Garganega 2023

Near Verona, Italy, 25 year old winemaker Georgia Quintarelli and her partner Simone Gradizzi harvest Garganega from family vines planted by her mother when she was 4 years old. Working completely organically among morainic soils deposited by retreating glaciers, the grapes are gently pressed whole cluster with no maceration, permitted to ferment spontaneously and aged in steel on fine lees with brief battonage.
