Roughly 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir from Vertus, barrel-fermented and aged under cork for a richer, more textured expression. You get soft orchard fruit and pear up front, a subtle chalky mineral thread, gentle toastiness and fine mousse, with a refined, lingering finish.
