A native of Chevillard, vigneron Mathieu Goury works 10 hectares of indigenous vineyards in the French alps organically and biodynamically, harvesting Jacquère by hand before pressing it delicately in a Champagne style Coquard press. The wine rests for at least a full year in old oak.
