Domaine Ogereau Cremant de Loire Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut 2022

Emmanuel Ogerau took over his father’s domaine in Anjou after studies in Oregon and New Zealand, returning to work with vines his great great grandfather had planted. Hand harvested from certified organic and biodynamic plantings 30+ years old, this 80/20 Chenin blanc/chardonnay blend is gently pressed whole cluster with indigenous yeast, fermenting in stainless tanks before transferring to tile-lined cement tanks for 3 months before bottling and aging on slats for an additional 30 months.
