Blended from four different vineyards - Rorick in the Sierra foothills, Haynes, Heron Lake & Brosseau - the grapes were whole cluster pressed and then fermented in barrel with native yeast and permitted full malolactic conversion. Aged on the lees for 1 year in barrel, then blended and bottled, unfined and unfiltered.
