Planted from scratch in a former orchard in the Dundee Hills by David Lett in 1965, his son Jason is now head winemaker at the winery that grew the first pinot noir vines in Oregon. A grape typically found in Jura or Switzerland, this Chasselas doré was harvested from 12 ungrafted vines in their Sister’s Vineyard. Aged 11 months on the lees and permitted full malolactic conversion before bottling in August 2024.
