G.B. Burlotto Verduno Pelaverga 2025

Hand harvested in October from Pelaverga vines planted in clay covered calcareous soils across several small vineyards in Verduno, the grapes are sorted and destemmed, then gravity fed into open French oak vats and steel tanks where spontaneous fermentation takes place. The wine macerates in steel until late spring with daily pump overs and punch downs before bottling
