Less than 20 miles north of Montpellier in the commune of Entre-Vignes, Guilhem and Hugo Fraysse are farming organically from vines that have been in their family since 1905. 50/50 Syrah and Cinsault from limestone and marl soils, the juice is permitted to ferment spontaneously and aged 10 months in steel tanks.
