Fifth generation winemaker Alessandro Medici is harvesting Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes in Emilia Romagna, organically grown from 35 year old vines planted in clay soils. The wine ferments in bottle using the ancestral method, trapping naturally occurring c02 to produce this frizzante pet-nat.
