Mulit Belo 2023

Tucked into western Slovenia along the italian border and the Gulf of Trieste, Tjas and Peter Princic are blending Chardonnay, Viognier, Ribolla Giolla and Sauvignon grapes grown organically from vines their father planted in calcium laden, fossil rich soils. Hand harvested and whole bunch pressed before resting on fine lees for 3 months, the juice is aged in a combination of old oak, amphorae and steel, with the brothers bottling no more than 7,000 each year.
