Olek Bondonio Barbaresco Starderi 2021

100% Nebbiolo from Starderi, from the northernmost commune of Neive. Organic, Practicing Biodynamic. Fermented in concrete with two months on the skins, then pressed off and moved to large botti for two years élevage. Unfined, unfiltered, with moderate amounts of sulfur added just before bottling. This is a classic Barbaresco, powerful yet elegant, expressing rose petals and black cherry flavors, complicated by a hint of leather and crushed stones.
