Farmed on the north facing slopes of Mount Etna in volcanic sand and rock, this blend of Carricante (90%) and Cataratto (10%) was hand harvested the final week of September before soft pressing into steel tanks for spontaneous fermentation.
 Released only after 10 months in the tank and 8 months in the bottle.
