Bea’s Rosso de Veo - Veo being the name Bea in the regional Umbrian dialect - is 100% Sagrantino hand harvested from clay and limestone soils at 1500 feet. The grapes are macerated for 50 days then pressed and gravity fed into steel tanks to age for a year, then in old Slavonian oak barrels for 2 more years before an additional year of rest in bottle prior to release
