Raymond Dupont-Fahn is a fifth generation winemaker who grew up working the family vines in the heart of Cote de Beaune alongside his father and grandfather. His Auxey-Duresses is harvested early from 60 plus year old vines grown right next to Meursault 1er Cru soils and fermented spontaneously before aging in 90% neutral and 10% new oak barrels
