Clos de la Hutte” is one of his most prized single vineyards: a walled parcel on volcanic schist and sandstone soils in La Poissonnière, farmed entirely by hand. The 2022 vintage is stunning—a taut core of citrus peel, green apple, and crushed white flowers, layered over flinty minerality and carried by a spine of electric acidity. Aged in large-format neutral oak, the wine gains texture without ever softening its precision.
